First Flying Cars in the Middle East, Open Soon in Dubai

After significant development, A US-based company electric flying car manufacturer Archer has partnered with UAE-based Falcon Aviation, a services operator, to construct vertiports and vertical airports in Dubai.

These vertiports will facilitate the operation of Archer’s manufacturer, a Midnight aircraft, a piloted and four-passenger vehicle designed for rapid back-to-back flights with minimal charge time between them.

The first vertiport will be situated at Falcon Heliport at Atlantis the Palm in Dubai, with another at the Marina Mall heliport in Abu Dhabi’s Corniche.

These vertiports are expected to drastically reduce travel times, transforming a 60–90-minute car commute into a mere 10-30-minute electric air taxi flight.

Moreover, these flights promise to be safe, low-noise, and competitively priced compared to ground transportation. The construction of these vertiports precedes the launch of the flying car service UAE, Dubai in 2025, marking Archer’s manufacture inaugural international deployment.

Operating exclusively over water, the flying car will offer passengers breathtaking views of both the cityscape, the Red Sea, and the Arabian Sea.

Founder and CEO of Archer, Adam Goldstein, expressed enthusiasm about introducing the Midnight aircraft to the region, foreseeing Dubai and Abu Dhabi in UAE as a global leader in urban air mobility.

CEO of Falcon Aviation, Captain Ramandeep Oberoi highlighted that the company’s long-standing involvement in air passenger transport in the UAE will have a big significance in this reality and technological innovation in our season.
